• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We prepare and hand off these orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are sealed with specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.
